Sales and Marketing Council
SMC is comprised of members in the housing industry whose focus is sales and marketing. Some of the benefits available to members include educational programs and discounts, networking opportunities, recognition through awards programs, industry information and publications, and membership in the National Sales and Marketing Council. The Council sponsors numerous annual events including the SMC Award of Excellence program for new homes and a new homes sales promotion program. Professionalism in sales and marketing is the goal of this council.
