What does it mean to hire an "HBI Job Corps Graduate"?
Students graduating from the HBI Job Corps program are entry level. Through the Job Corps, they have learned the construction skills they will need to pursue careers in home building.
Real-life, hands-on training helps young people acquire the three pieces of the employment puzzle: Trades Training, Basic Academics and Employability Skills.
