	Land Development Council

	The LDC consists of members involved in the land development segment of the building industry, The LDC offers programs covering governmental relations and representation, educational opportunities, marketing exposure, and the exchange of ideas to promote high standards within the development industry and to improve its overall professionalism. 	HBAM Remodelers

	The purpose of this Council is to create and maintain a high standard of professionalism in the remodeling industry while enhancing its public image. The RC provides members with credibility, industry information, educational opportunities, and a professional network for the exchange of ideas. Likewise all members are given the opportunity for individual recognition through the remodeling Award of Excellence Program. The Council is very active in consumer education, holding consumer seminars and distributing the Home Remodeling Guide containing a referral list of all council members. 	Sales and Marketing Council

	SMC is comprised of members in the housing industry whose focus is sales and marketing. Some of the benefits available to members include educational programs and discounts, networking opportunities, recognition through awards programs, industry information and publications, and membership in the National Sales and Marketing Council. The Council sponsors numerous annual events including the SMC Award of Excellence program for new homes and a new homes sales promotion program. Professionalism in sales and marketing is the goal of this council. The HBAM Remodelers represents and serves the interests of its members by offering a variety of educational programs designed to increase industry knowledge and education.

Providing networking opportunities where members can meet with and be instructed by other industry leaders,
Increasing awareness in the consumer market, for the value of various certification programs,
Offering recognition and credibility to remodeling professionals who excel in the industry through the Awards of Excellence Program.
