Attention Sales Professionals
The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) of the Home Builders Association of Maryland presents the First Wednesday Breakfast Series sessions for 2007. Timely topics, dynamic speakers and networking opportunities highlight this program aimed at today’s new home sales professional.
The ticket price for these morning sessions is $22 - SMC member, $25 - non-SMC member (in advance) or $30 at the door. That ticket includes a full breakfast buffet as well as innovative and proven techniques to help maximize sales. Pre-registration is suggested.

SMC is comprised of members in the housing industry whose focus is sales and marketing. Some of the benefits available to members include educational programs and discounts, networking opportunities, recognition through awards programs, industry information and publications, and membership in the National Sales and Marketing Council. The Council sponsors numerous annual events including the SMC Award of Excellence program for new homes and a new homes sales promotion program. Professionalism in sales and marketing is the goal of this council.
