The Future Is Now Build It…and They Will Come?
HBAM hosted an interactive panel discussion designed to address current builder/developer topics. Subjects covered included land acquisition, inventories, cost fluctuations, governmental impacts and financing. Attendees heard from the perspectives of a national builder, a regional builder and a builder who provides workforce housing as well as various lenders. As a member of the homebuilding industry, you know that developing land and building homes is complicated and ever changing. This event aided in attendees gaining a better understanding of how others are conducting business going forward.
